I don’t think 5 stars will ever be enough for Katie who has recently supported us through our house sale and purchase. If it wasn’t for Katie I am not sure how we would have got through such a tough process. Katie is always very professional, and I have never known a solicitor respond to emails so promptly! Katie never failed to provide us with an update when she had one available.
We also used Katie to purchase our first home back in 2022, and went back to her again in 2025 when we decided we were going to move house. My husband and I would recommend Katie to any friends or family members going forwards.

I have just completed the smoothest house purchase of my life, entirely thanks to Tracy Barnsley and her team. Buying an auction property on a super-quick deadline is notoriously stressful, but Tracy made it feel effortless.
