Very disappointing experience with Usman Iqbal. He seemed disengaged at a very important moment in my life. He kept talking about how tired he was and seemed to care more about getting a coffee than my interests. He offered minimal support at a time where legal advice was crucial. I did not feel represented, supported or respected whatsoever.
