I had the worse experience with this firm...trying to get in touch with someone from their office for 2 weeks now and nobody is getting back to me. I called and emailed every 2 days and nothing appears to happen, when i call their office they become so rude over the phone as they are telling me they are very busy and my case is not so important.They are so unprofessional and to be honest if you have the chance to avoid them, then do it as you can definitely find some other companies that have a better trained personnel and also more professional.
