I moved my file to a different firm today as the staff here are very incompetent and lazy. So slow in responding. My file has been with them since April and we are not even close to exhanging. In my opinion the quality of the work is poor given the time it takes for them to work on the file.

I believe its just one failed lawyer Malcom Turvey who is a useless excuse for a man. Do not use his services, he’s weak, cowardly, unprofessional and desperately tries to be pompous, he’s embarrassing. Listen to the bad reviews, people are warning you against this thug.

I couldn't believe it when I contacted them today the lack of professionalism and the women that suppose to run wan so disgraceful like literally she put the phone down on me completely snubbed her nose
I think previous reviews and 3 stars ⭐️ say it all but I was shocked they could of made a lot of money if they weren't so rude
I would recommend stay clear from them .

I would not recommend this solicitor firm, they are money grabbing and do not care about the families affected, they refuse to speak to defendants, and allow anyone to make false claims without doing their due diligence to insure it is legit.

I have made a complaint and reported them to SRA.
