Unfortunately the company that have taken over from Goodman Grant have a lot to live up to. Thankfully due to their lack of correspondence I will not, nor ever will, use Acuity Law.

Finding the right legal partners to work with in the property development games is a minefield, in the last 20 years we have been through countless solicitors and conveyance's, all starts well as they are all keen for the business but soon after the services just drops of the cliff and you just become another account number.
In 2018 we began investing in the north west and came across Goodman Grant Solicitors, I can honestly say Andrew Tidd has gone far beyond what we have experienced in the last 20 years with Solicitors in London, he has in acted for us in over 10 purchases and each and every transaction has gone through without a hitch so much so that we do not use anyone else except Goodman Grant and Andrew for our residential and commercial legal work and plan to do so for the foreseeable future.

I have used Goodman Grant conveyancing for many many years. (probably now over 30 house sales/ purchases. I cannot recommend Andrew Tidd highly enough. He is super efficient and gets things done straight away . Nothing is too much trouble for him . He is highly professional , friendly , knowledgable and helpful.
