We had an excellent experience with Katie as our Senior Conveyancer during our house purchase. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and Katie was always very responsive and took the time to ensure we understood every step of the process. She kept us up to date along the way and was proactive throughout. Post-completion we faced a few issues with the property and Katie was very supportive and on hand to offer us advice, ultimately helping us to come to an amicable resolution.
