2 days ago I tried to call them on 5 different numbers (all provided either via email or their website) , not one answer and no calls returned, impossible to get in touch/ reach any progress with within an ongoing claim/ settlement.
Very frustrating.

Extremely poor communication. I have been assisting a family member with a matter involving Walker Morris and was specifically told not to contact their client directly and instead to communicate through the firm. Despite following those instructions, emails have gone unanswered for over three weeks and multiple phone calls to several numbers have resulted in no response.

Even after contacting the main switchboard and being told someone would respond, nothing was received. Being told to communicate through a firm and then being ignored is incredibly frustrating and reflects very poorly on their professionalism.

They don't even deserve 1 start. I will give them -5 . What a pathetic bunch of people they are . Avoid at all cost. No clarity and transparency

What a frustating service. I am doing remortgage paid more than £2500. They are saying some time handeling my case from different some time different. Simple question to ask but 3-4 months just hardly able to talk once. Not recommended at all hope my one they done in time. Depressed 😭

Extremely disappointed with the service received from Walker Morris LLP. What should have been a straightforward remortgage and purchase transaction was riddled with delays, repeated errors, and a severe lack of communication.

Due to their poor handling of the case, we’ve now incurred unnecessary financial penalties, with more looming. Their lack of urgency, accountability, and client care has been beyond frustrating and financially damaging. On top of that, the solicitor handling our case was frequently unavailable, failed to escalate time-sensitive issues, and rarely answered phone calls

Would not recommend if you value timelines, transparency, or basic responsiveness.

I hope that this will be the only contact I have with these people, who erroneously chased me in connection with a defaulted mortgage with which I have no connection, other than sharing my (very common) name with the person in question. When discussing this error and the need to dissociate my name and address from their defaulter, the girl I spoke to seemed to regard the situation as an amusing slip. I had to remind her that a damaged credit rating can have a material impact on the ability of someone to conduct their lives and that distressing cases of bailiffs visiting incorrect addresses are not unheard of. I await to see whether they actually do as they say they will and confirm in writing they have noted I am not the person they seek.
