Not the professional service they provided some years ago. Three emails now trying to make contact with Mr Knipe and each one ignored. Have used him many times over the past 30 years for buying and selling but seems he is no longer interested in my business and cannot even extend the courtesy of saying so.

I was actively selling my house as part of a chain. My proposed buyers solicitors had instructed Brian Peter Knipe to deal with their proposed purchase. The service and communication has been absolutely appalling and snails pace would be an understatement regarding any potential responses. My Agent and lawyer have been completely ghosted by Brian for the last 7 weeks after constantly chasing Brian for an update . However , he blatantly ignores the call when chased and his secretary just continues to apologize. We Attempted to call earlier and once again he never spoke it was secretary even though he was actually there . Please have some courtesy and respect for others it is very unprofessional to ghost others when timelines have been massively stretched due to lack of updates responses from your yourself . I have therefore, had to relist my property after wasting so much time awaiting a response and the sale will now fall through due to this incompetence.
