Over the last 3.5 myself and my brother have sadly lost both of our parents. Sadly due to their lack of forward and future planning we were left with sorting their affairs out. Sally handled the sale of a property for us via auction. Everything was done promptly, and we were kept informed of progress throughout.

I had an appointment today with one of the solicitors.
He showed me the chair, then introduced a lady, who is a trainee solicitor.
He did not ask if I minded that the trainee stayed in the room.
This was unprofessional.

He then appeared to ask a question, then try to belittle me me, with his answers.
Almost showing off to the trainee.

To add, he appeared not very clued up on law. I was explaining to him the act to use. He said "what Act"
I had to tell him it was the Misrepresentation Act of 1967..

Never again will I use this solicitors.
This is my opinion and must be taken as such.

After suffering a fall due to badly maintained paving slabs and consequently having an operation on my arm I turned to Chris Lewis to help with my injury claim.

My kids required a duty solicitor and got Mark. Seems he did ok on the day, but in an extremely volatile situation afterwards where further help and support was sought and pleaded for - no response in any shape or form.
Distressing to say the least where the professionals are so unprofessional and uncaring.

UPDATE FROM RESPONSE - Very uncaring slightly aggressive tone Proving my point. This happened in April 2025 and I spoke with a partner about the situation at the time, so Mark was working there or contracted in. I've had to use AI to resolve this situation and wouldn't make use of yourselves even if it was free.
