I asked AB to manage my father's estate on his death, full service required. They responded quickly to my instruction and got on the case. I did find the need to have to ask for detailed charges report periodically, I expected this automatically rather than just a grand running total figure. Fern took over the task for the last 2 months and was very proficient.
The final charges were higher than expected from what was initially advised on what was a relatively simple estate.

This firm, Highcliffe, a bit short on effective customer service. No face to face meet with a conveyancer. Could have been more proactive, in our case. Our sale and purchase lost. Part due to purchasers conveyancer asking unnecessary questions which we ourselves had to resolve with BCP council.
