Not happy. This Firm wont fight in court during Family court. They wont even have meetings. There is literally no communication at all. When you raise your concerns, the solicitor isnt bothered. Its a childs life. Regardless if legal aid or paid for privately, you are instructed to fight to win, not to agree with the opposition.
Cant even get questions given to the barrister thats been appointed.

Too late now to change solicitors. It is not normal to have no communication at all, even after emails, calls being done and kept getting told will get a call back. Never do! Ask for a meeting, gets ignored. This is not ok! I get you're busy, but you have clients who need you to fight in court and challenge certain professionals etc. Also clients need to talk to you. Why arnt you meeting up regularly? This is not ok!
