BWK Solicitors are a very professional practice. I used Jackie Stay, ably assisted by Marilyn Young, in the Chesham office. The initial part of the transaction, from quotation to gathering of information, is fully automated via their IT system. From then on communication is via a combination of telephone and email. In fact I never actually met them, but they were always readily available. This of course helps keep their rates competitive. Additionally, they are also experienced with the sale and purchase of auction properties. Mine was an auction purchase and it was completed within the required twenty working days. Highly recommended.
