We recently visited Alfred james & Co Solicitors LLP to have our will drafted, and we were extremely disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which our case was handled. The individual assigned to our case took over two months to make any progress and failed to keep us updated, despite our efforts to reach out three times for updates.

Yesterday, we called the office and spoke with the secretary, who assured us that she would call us back within the hour. Unfortunately, we never received that call.
