Unbelievably disappointed, everything left to the last minute, price went from 12,000 to 16,000, barrister only briefed one day before the case!! With one personal zoom call!! So he was useless!! Disregarded all important details for the civil case. Lost me 40,000 plus fees!! I’ve never been so disappointed in all my life, I need a solicitor to sue this solicitor!!

I instructed JPC Law in a conveyancing matter. Sadly, in my opinion, the service was poorly managed and far below the standard one should expect from a professional law firm — several of my emails went unanswered, and communication was often confusing or dismissive. My solicitor, a Senior Associate, gave me only two days’ notice of her departure, after which my file was assigned to a junior assistant solicitor whose own profile listed no conveyancing experience. When I later filed an official complaint about this and the overall handling of my case, the firm’s Complaints Officer — a senior partner and part-owner — personally committed to provide a full response within 28 days, yet as of day 36 I have heard nothing from him. In my view, this lack of professionalism and accountability makes the experience extremely disappointing and poor value for the fees charged.
