Given a few obstacles and documents required as is necessary he was able to complete probate in as little as 2 months of appointing him. He is truly diligent, knowledgeable and outstanding in his field. I would recommend him to anyone requiring probate for a estate.

It's been great having Nigel Hanan acting on my recent property transactions. On both the purchase and sale sides, he's been both knowledgeable, helpful and rapid in his responses, particularly bearing in mind some elements were both complex and rare. Quick and efficient service. Was able to get a spontaneous appointment to have my documents notarised and statuary declaration witnessed. I had messaged a few places and this was the best offer pricewise by far, so i would definitely recommend Mr. Kostick.

Having described himself on the website as 'public servant', dealing with a 'friendly approach', this somehow has become a sad, yet still ridiculous caricature of what is supposed to be a helpful and noble profession.
Having been appointed with Kostick 3 times, never was I able to finish my sentence without being rudely interrupted. His demeanour leaves you feel like your business is not welcomed at all, and sometimes you are just left by yourself while he is going through his own work, completely unrelated to the case.
The requests have to be repeated over and over two or three times, especially while Kostick is getting distracted with whatever he is holding in his hand.
Just go somewhere else.

I have referred Mr Kostick many cases over many years and each has praised his abilities. They all say how caring and responsive he is to them, deals with matters promptly and is both professional and courteous. They all indicated that he gets things done where others fail and fully understands the needs and requirements of clients. He is keen to please and deal with the particular requirements of the client and ensures that deadlines are met. This is particularly so for notary work where the client often requires things to be done quickly and efficiently.
