Unfortunately we were on the receiving end of this company ( since our seller was using them) . from our experience "Stay well clear" they did nothing but drag there feet, kept asking questions to answers that had already been provided - then unprofessionally ended up with an argument (with all parties involved and copied in) with my solicitor. My opinion - Totally unprofessional stay well clear.
