We were recommended Varsha as our conveyancer by several friends. We are extremely grateful for support she offered us as we bought our first property. She was calm, clear, and made sure we were well informed before making any decisions. She made a stressful time a lot easier, so thank you Varsha!

I opted to have Edward Chuck represent me during the sale of my flat after reading positive Google reviews online, and this was absolutely the right decision. Edward was fantastic from start to finish and always took the time to answer my questions at every stage of the process, making everything clear and easily digestible which was very helpful to me as a first-time seller. Edward was efficient, professional, friendly and honest, and I could not recommend him more highly to someone considering instructing him during the conveyancing process. He is very knowledge and clearly very experienced, and this made a huge difference throughout. A big thank you to Edward and the broader Meaby and Co. team for all of their help and making the sales process so smooth!

I instructed Meaby & Co on the purchase of a property. The transaction collapsed because of their repeated failures. Initially Christabel was handling my file very well, she went on a leave and I was left wit negligence and incompetence.
They did not tell me the seller expected exchange by a specific date or that the seller brought up withdrawing if we didn't exchange.
They later confirmed I was ready to proceed, but no meaningful work was done on my file before the fee-earner went on 10 days’ leave without letting me know. They later claimed that "the sale has clearly fell through", even though I was still communicating with the seller.
I was kept in the dark about multiple phone calls and an escalating situation
At the critical moment, I was left without representation and even had to write directly to the seller myself.
I later found that there were 2 ombudsmen complaint against them (and I filed a third)

We felt super lucky to have Edward Chuck supporting us through the sale of our leasehold flat and our onward purchase. Always available to talk on the phone, even at his busiest, always quick and clear on email, and unfailingly friendly, thoughtful and professional. Grateful to Elizabeth too for her support behind the scenes!

We used Meaby & Co Solicitors for buying our first home and they were absolutely fantastic. Rachael Cobb from the Dorking branch was very helpful and communication was exceptional. If we had any questions she got back to us on the same day, and made the whole process feel very smooth and simple. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone moving home or buying their first home as I'd want them to have the same experience we did! Thank you Rachael.
