I can not recommend Katherine Cereghino (and Howes Percival) enough, she was superb from start to finish. I recently instructed her to put together a complex Management Agreement for one of our biggest lettings clients. The document required several amendments before it was complete and Katherine got on with the work with a cheery disposition, nothing was ever a problem. On one occasion I received a draft to put in front of our client well into the evening. You can not question her dedication. My thanks to Katherine for a job well done. We will certainly be working together in the future.
