Since the first day I arrived in the UK to all the way now, as I just got my British citizenship application approved. the route from 5 year visa to iLR to citizenship has all been done by Ravi, Ravi got everything done without me stressing whatsoever and once again I would like to thank him for his help and would recommend him for those seeking something similar.

Some unhelpful woman answered the call whilst probably doing her nails as she wasn't helpful at all for a signature needed which takes 2 mins. If I had my way I wouldn't use such incompetent places and call through but since I need it I have to enquire.
