Absolutely shocking treatment from this company . I spoke with a receptionist called Lily and she refused to take any details down of the case after explaining I am not good with writing and currently vulnerable because of the effects of the case to hand . Lily refused to assist me by taking details of the case to relay to the relevant team . I would dread to think how people with learning disabilities or vulnerabilities would be able to seek legal advice and help from this company . Lily confirmed I would not be able to speak with a solicitor or have any help because I wasn’t a client at this point and sending a email is the only option.

Rubbish.
Late e-mail responses.
Website seems as if a big firm.
When I went to the office I was told only 1 family solicitor who is unavailable.
Waste of time.
Need to be stripped off their legal aid government accreditation.
When complained to this company
I was told that this Google review is unnecessary.
Please avoid this company.
