Excellent service, I appreciate all the help and guidance from the team and always kept uptodate and a special thanks to Beverley.

Truly terrible service! R&C represent my vendors and after advising them to initiate rectification of a defective Title, now tell me this was never their intention and they never had the supporting documents(which the vendors say they do) but that they will take the indemnity insurance route - ie palm the problem off to me instead of putting it right before completion. Now telling me they can only find indemnity cover for the mortgage provider but not for me, probably because they've flagged the problem with all the neighbours when they started rectifying it (now saying that was never the intention). So they expect me to take on a risk without any kind of protection against a claim. Truly terrible service for the vendors, just awful advice and a total mess running on for months that could have been avoided had they rectified in the first place. Mr Cairns is especially useless with comms, slow, brief and terse and clearly, with giving advice or taking accountability for a mess of his own making! About to withdraw from the purchase and all because of this shoddy firm.

Extremely poor service, communication almost non-existent from Liz. We used them through Will Aid scheme and have no Will from them (even though donated) and have since had to go elsewhere. We offered to pay more costs if slightly more than what would be covered by Will Aid, though our circumstances aren't particularly complicated. They repeatedly failed to return calls, answer emails, even polite courtesy seems too much. I'd avoid at all costs, absolutely do not recommend, terrible company.

We were very lucky to have Mark in our corner for a recent property sale/purchase that wasn't as straightforward as most. From sorting out a previous poorly drafted Trust by another company, to saving us 5 figures in stamp duty, along with putting up with our numerous emails as we panicked our way through the procedure, Mark's assured professionalism and calm demeanour helped more than I can put into words in this review.

Mark was also extremely thorough, picking up on certain things and advising upon them, preventing future pitfalls. An absolute credit to his profession, and no hesitation recommending the services of Mark and his always helpful secretary Beverley.

On top of all that, the entire staff from reception upwards are always so friendly and welcoming, it's no wonder this company has such a great reputation. Huge thanks to Mark & Beverley for guiding us through such a stressful procedure, and going the extra mile and then some in not only dealing with the whole thing, but accomodating our elderly disabled mother and making her visits easy and comfortable.

Amazing service. Never dealt with a company before who were so willing to go the extra mile for us. I asked Rickards and Cleaver to deal with my mum's will and Liz went out to Hilton to see her. She was lovely and put her at ease straight away, talking her through the options and explaining the process to her. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was completed with the minimum of fuss. I have already arranged for Liz to update my own will and also to visit my sister, as she needs some specialist estate planning and trust advice. Cannot praise them highly enough.
