Currently in the process of buying a house and the vendor is using Helen Jackson , worst solicitor I have ever dealt with , won’t respond to any of my solicitors emails or the estate agent , has taken on to much work and can’t handle it so is doing them one at a time , been 5 months already absolutely disgusting call them selves professional . Avoid like the plague

Refused to provide Statutory Declaration service & were unable to comment on when it would be available. Considering this is a very simple signature service, I can only smise that they feel they're too busy and it's not worth their time. Highly unprofessional in my opinion.
