Severe receptionist issues - first one temp and no idea what going on, then another back to me to make an appointment - I tried to confirm appt. day before but secretary gone and another told me she'd get back to me. She did not!!! I waited 2 weeks and dragged my ill, disabled body to it, only to be told by another secretary, that Andrew Weaver's secretary told her that I'd missed my appointment last week. I asked them to call me back and after week, gave up!!! Useless

Absolute 5 star service! Not many people can say their sale was completed in 7 weeks! And I definitely put it down to Laura Cross. Very professional, kept me updated constantly even when there wasn’t anything to update me with she would update me saying just that to keep me informed. Have had problems previous with other local solicitors but Laura restored my faith. Couldn’t fault the service she provided and 100% would recommend to speak with Laura for sale or purchase of properties. If there was more stars available then i would give it. Everyone tells me how stressful buying is and as a first time buy I was nervous and didn’t have a clue but Laura put me at ease at every step! Thanks Laura

Not a good experience for me. The guy I dealt with didnt seem to listen properly, seemed to be dragging his heels and plodding on waiting for retirement, a letter he sent on my behalf was not very accurate and served no real purpose. Had an emergency situation and a week later after fi ding another solicitor I've still not heard back.

Won't be throwing ludicrous hourly rates at these lot again, and if you've got anything that requires some urgency I would advise people to go elsewhere.

Other than that, tip top.
