Absolutely fantastic professional service from the very outset. The solicitors were recommended to me by a family member. From the moment I made the first call to Rav, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. And Jay at the office called me regularly to update me on my matter and followed up with the relevant agency’s. First class legal service, a massive thank you to the entire staff at Pickup & Scott.

DO NOT USES Paid £200 for a consultation, they never come back to me. Useless doesn’t even cut it, make matters worse the scruffy looking solicitor illegally Advise ( on tape )me and I will be seeking further advice, i’ve also repeatedly rang them and asked to speak to the MD who has not come back to me. thankfully, I found a good solicitor and now I still have my drivers license, No thanks to these chumps

Stay away from this place! They said they would call me as soon as they have information. Then nothing, we waited for hours ! We tried to call them and I even left a message and nothing !
Called this morning to ask what had happened she said I was going to call first thing !! that was at 9:20 she starts at 9 !
They don’t care ! They are a Waste of your time !
We were worried sick ! She was cold in her response!
I am the parent ! You got the call from me you should follow my instructions and you should do what you said you were going to do not just leave us hanging for hours !
I will be back with more just figuring out how to complain about this woman what a waste of space !
