I did not choose this company myself—they were appointed through my insurer, Hastings, following a car accident in December 2024. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been very poor.

The progress of my claim has been extremely slow, with little to no proactive communication. Emails often go unanswered, and I’ve had to repeatedly chase for updates. When I do receive a response, it is usually vague and doesn’t provide a clear understanding of what is happening with my case.

This has made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. As a client, I expected to be kept informed and supported, regardless of how the firm was appointed. Instead, I feel completely left in the dark.
