Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The firm failed to exercise the reasonable skill and diligence expected in progressing my property transaction.
Despite clear awareness of the mortgage deadline, there was a lack of urgency and poor communication throughout. As a result, the transaction did not complete before my mortgage offer expired, placing me at financial risk.
The service fell below an acceptable professional standard. I would not recommend if you're Buying/Selling a house.

I called at approximately 4.45 today to get the email address of their solicitor Debra Mason who on two ocassions I have been advised to email for a notarised document . I misplaced her email address and called to get the address. The phone was taken by an extremely extremely rude receptionist who not only refused to give me Debra s email but rudely said that this was a service that Debra CANNOT provide and that her two previous colleagues had given me WRONG advice on two occasions. I tried to explain my car and she rudely terminated my call n when I called again she picked up but was silent at her end apart from ‘ munching ‘ something and then hung up n repeated this and then put me on their general caller service to their office. I have never ever encountered such gross rudeness at this level

Strongly recommend NOT to hire Shergill Solicitors for sale and purchase of property. Very slow with barely any communication. After three months there stand is to buy leasehold which is not required or not a lender requirement. Had to move on from them to another solicitor. Almost lost the transaction due to their service.

I recently contacted Shergill & Co to attest my statutory Declaration form, and I must say, the service was exceptional. The lady I spoke with was extremely polite and professional. Unlike the 15 other solicitors I called earlier, who demanded exorbitant fees, Shergill & Co only requested a reasonable legal fee for the attestation. I am impressed by their fair pricing and commendable service. I highly recommend them. I plan to visit their office on Thursday.

Excellent service. It was really easy to make an appointment and at aconvenient time for me. The notary process was explained to me, and both set of documents were signed, witnessed and signed by Mr Gill. The document was then sealed. The cost for the work that was undertaken was reasonably priced in comparison to the same service else where. I would definitely go back if I needed a notary in the future.
