Davis Blank Furniss in Glossop are wonderful. When my mum began suffering dementia she had not granted Power of Attorney to anyone and her care bills needed paying. Debra Kelly helped me to obtain a Court of Protection order, not an easy process. When mum passed away I again turned to DBF for support. Laura Taylor has been absolutely fantastic, ploughing through all the detail, sorting out probate, dealing with banks and institutions for me and making a horrendous process as easy as possible. I couldn't have coped without Laura. Thank you.

Having used David Blank Furniss Solicitors for many years, we turned to them to help us with the probate on my late father’s estate and subsequent house sale. Joanne Mercer was very knowledgeable and handled the legal side thoroughly and with expertise and we are grateful for her advice and the help she gave us navigating us through all the complexities of probate, this gave us peace of mind. Furthermore, Kirsty Fillery at DBS dealt with the sale of my father’s property, the legal work was completed thoroughly, and the transaction went through without major issues, despite me being on the other side of the world with -9 hours difference on the day of completion, I knew the sale was in safe hands.
