What can I say other than Thank you! Amanda. You have been brilliant. Big thank you to her team Especially Anne and Sophie for being on it from day one. Nothing too much trouble, always kept well informed every step of the way, my only little gripe is the app is pretty pointless and you need to pay extra to use it, you don't get anything different than just emails. But suppose that depends how good you are with managing your emails.

We have had an amazing experience with Cook and Talbot. They were great at helping us purchase a repossession property, they were quick to chase and follow up. As first time buyers it was very confusing and we would have struggled massively if it weren't for them. I would like to specifically mention and thank Carmel Moss who was especially helpful close to completion and made sure the sellers stuck to their completion date and advised us throughout the process as well. The whole team was incredibly friendly and I couldn't recommend a branch more.
