I don’t usually write reviews but I been blown away by the services of the Cook & Talbot Conveyancing team. From the minute I appointed them to final completion of my sale I have received incredible service from them. They are highly professional yet so caring and personable. Their communication is outstanding and they made this process absolutely seamless and the sale was completed in less time than I thought. I would totally recommend them 100%. I worked with Mark and his assistant Carmel throughout the purchase I found them to be an extremely experienced and professional team.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail. Property transactions can be stressful, and both buyers and sellers are often eager to move quickly, but team never allowed themselves to be rushed into overlooking important points. They focused on understanding the facts, investigating issues properly, and ensuring that everything was considered carefully before moving forward.
In my case, their thorough approach helped identify a significant issue relating to historical major works costs, which ultimately resulted in the seller covering an expense that could otherwise have become my liability. That alone demonstrated the value of having a solicitor who prioritises diligence over speed.
Communication was always professional, and no question was ever treated as unimportant or not clear (my English could be better)). As a client who likes to understand details and ask a lot of questions, I genuinely appreciated their patience and willingness to explain matters throughout the process.

What can I say other than Thank you! Amanda. You have been brilliant. Big thank you to her team Especially Anne and Sophie for being on it from day one. Nothing too much trouble, always kept well informed every step of the way, my only little gripe is the app is pretty pointless and you need to pay extra to use it, you don't get anything different than just emails. But suppose that depends how good you are with managing your emails.
