I am disappointed with the level of service I received from Neil. The information he provided was misleading and ultimately created significant issues with my case. There seems to be a lack of competence, engagement and accountability on his part, as the advice offered was not only poor but also detrimental to my interests. As a result of these experiences, I have felt compelled to escalate my concerns to the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. I strongly recommend seeking a more knowledgeable and assertive legal representative, as Neil appears to struggle under pressure from the CPS, leading to unfulfilled commitments. It’s clear that a more competent and proactive approach is essential in legal matters.

I was arrested at 0230 hrs on 22 October 2024 for a crime I did not commit and had never ever been in trouble with the police and was lucky enough to get a Duty Solicitor named Mark H from Criminal Defence Associates by the time I saw him I had been in custody for around 12-13 hours he was reassuring, empathetic and knew the law inside out.
