I had Bradley as a conveyancer and I was extremely impressed with the service he provided. He was incredibly helpful through the while process and was happy to talk us through any questions we had whether they would be relevant to a solicitor or not. He was quick to answer via email and always reachable through the working day.

Disgustingly I found Rhiannon Blackaby could not in any way reach my expectations of professional honesty, or integrity which every client deserves - she was possibly a one out of ten through my experience of her. She seemed to have more the attitude of "What can Rhiannon Blackaby gain out of this" instead of "What can I do for the client". I actually found it difficult to believe she had the qualifications to take on a simple conveyancing task. Communication was extremely poor, emails ignored, calls not returned, and generally an air of arrogance, and incompetence overall, whilst not sticking to the rule of law, either knowingly or unknowingly. I got the impression that she was either a part-timer, or somebody who often finished work, too often early to be of any significant value to any employer, or their clients! It would be unfair to give all the details, but I found her lack of ethics morally repugnant, and I certainly found her not to be trustworthy in any way.

We’ve just recently completed our purchase and sale on our old and new property and we had the wonderful Abigail, who went above and beyond to help us and get the sale and purchase of our property over the line. I highly recommend Wade and Wade, especially Abigail, as your solicitors. When the time comes again, I will 100% be using Abigail and Wade and Wade again. Thank you for being the best I’ve ever dealt with!

My partner and I purchased and sold a house with Wade and Wade. We found the service delivered overall to be outstanding; they communicated well and we always received a prompt reply to our enquiries. For context, we completed within 10 weeks I believe which is good going.

We left a 4* review not a 5* because:

1) We required a deed of trust for our house purchase. This wasn't delivered until over 12 weeks after we'd moved into the house, and we had to chase this document up numerous times. We have now received the document and a refund too for that aspect, which is a very fair outcome.

2) Despite this house purchase being a joint purchase, I was largely excluded from email communications about the progress, despite my partner requesting that I be included in emails from the beginning. It was very ironic when my partner would CC me in a chain, only to be dropped from the chain during later emails! The house sale was entirely hers, but the purchase was joint, so I really would have appreciated being included more for that part.

Overall, we were very happy and want to thank them for all their hard work. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor for a house purchase or sale.
