I had first class treatment from this firm. Nicola was extremely efficient, very knowledgeable in her field and always prompt in her responses. I felt very safe throughout and cannot recommend her highly enough. Very professional all round.

Pretty poor communication, lack of attention to detail and constantly missing/ignoring queries. Ended up completing on my property and later discovered the transfer hadn't been signed.... Just a general apathetic attitude and no motivation to cover even the basics. A real struggle for what should have been a pretty standard sale and purchase. I thought this might have been a one off but speaking with others, they've had a similar experience.

Nice people with good knowledge. A bit difficult to find and although there is a car park, it is tiny and you really need to know the width of your car! Not desperately disabled friendly but very accommodating.

Five stars really isn't enough. Kirsty has been our solicitor through us buying our first ever home, and what would have been a very stressful time has been made 100x easier with her as our solicitor. She was fast to reply to all types of communication and was happy to take any of our calls when we were worrying or confused about anything. She was kind, understanding, professional and an absolute star the entire time. I wish I could explain how much easier she's made our lives, but there aren't enough words. Thank you so much Kirsty, we will be using you every single time we move house (hopefully though, not too soon)

One of the best firm of Solicitors we have ever had. Currently they are writing new wills for us along with Lasting powers of Attorney. All staff and Solicitors there are friendly and respectful. Probably their best trait is that they speak in plain english rather then the usual Solicitor legal jargon. Charges and fees are reasonable. Parking at the Bridport branch is available in their small car park a few yards away from the office or in South st car park.
