I was having quite a stressful time dealing with aspects of my fathers will. All of the staff at Kitson and Trotman that I spoke too were very eager to assist me and professional. They helped me greatly and did so quickly. From my experience I thoroughly recommend them.

I am selling my leasehold flat and then buying a house, using Kitson & Trotman for both. Fiona has been amazing throughout the entire process and I wouldn't trust anyone else to get the job done in such a quick and easy manner. She is on it with everything, always working towards what I need in terms of timings and I don't think I will ever go to anyone else when selling or buying a house! Even when on holiday I was able to keep up to date with the progress with Fiona's secretary Alison! Thanks so much, you have both made the whole process a breeze :)

We used Kitson and Trotman in the sale and purchase of our house in March. We received a polite and efficient service throughout the transaction. Buying a house is a minefield but our conveyancer was knowledgeable and ensured we were kept informed all the way along. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had the displeasure of speaking with Fiona Ball today. She was rude and borderline hostile. My query could have been solved quickly and pleasantly, but alas not. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but a good telephone manner is vital in business, and Ms Ball is clearly lacking that. It was the first, and hopefully last time I ever have to speak with her. The receptionist however, was lovely!
