My experience with Progressive Solicitors was extremely disappointing. They were handling my compensation case, but after some time, they claimed that the case was unwinnable and ceased to pursue it. I completely disagree with this decision, as I have clear evidence indicating that I did not make any mistakes.

Contact with Ms. Dominika, who was supposed to handle my case, was frustrating. She did not respond to my emails, which shows her negligence towards clients. In the end, when she informed me that she would not continue with the case, I wrote her an email expressing my dissatisfaction with how the case was being managed. Unfortunately, she didn't even bother to reply.

In summary, Progressive solicitors not demonstrate professionalism or commitment to my case. I cannot recommend their services, as they not only fail to handle cases properly but also completely ignore their clients. I definitely advise against using their services."

Phenomenal service from their kind, professional and expert staff. I met with two of their solicitors, who instantly put me at ease, listened carefully and gave me a clear timeframe on possible outcomes. I was supported throughout by their superb staff and delighted by the settlement they worked so hard to gain for me after my accident. If you have had an accident that was not your fault then I could not recommend Progressive highly enough. Five stars.

Excellent experience when using Progressive Solicitors for a personal injury claim following a car accident. A Solicitor called Hannah Wood dealt with my claim and was really helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. So valuable to be able to deal directly with a solicitor rather than a claims management company. I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs someone on their side after they’ve had an accident.
