Avoid this firm if you value communication and respect. The solicitor never responds to emails, and the male receptionist is remarkably rude. He spoke to me in an aggressive manner and became argumentative when I asked for professional treatment. Deeply unprofessional environment. A law firm should prioritise clear communication and basic courtesy, neither of which are present here. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for legal representation!

My experience with this firm has been ABSOLUTELY Awful, I’ve paid them £2600 for a divorce, 1st payment 16th October 25, I’ve asked 4 written proof repeatedly & as of today as of today the only thing I’ve seen has been dated 13 March 26,
My advice to anyone considering using this firm is they tell lies & steal ppl’s money.
I’m now seeking to involve the legal ombudsman.
