I had a terrible experience with Cassadys Solicitors. I hired them for legal services, and despite our agreement, they failed to provide the promised service. After multiple attempts to contact them via email, phone an whatsapp and request a refund, I have been completely ignored for almost five months.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a law firm that claims to be trustworthy and reliable. If you're considering using their services, I strongly urge you to think twice. A company that does not honor its commitments or respond to client concerns is not one I would recommend.

Save yourself the frustration and look for a firm that actually values its clients and their hard-earned money. Extremely disappointing experience!
