We had an initial meeting with Charles Daysh regarding updating our wills and changing our deeds from joint tenants to tenants in common. Having had conversations between ourselves prior to this meeting we thought we had everything in place but had questions regarding our blended family and the wills.
Charles was superb at explaining everything in terms we understood and was able to provide a much clearer view on options to move forward.
At every stage, including further questions, Charles was patient, communicative and supremely professional. Whilst having to discuss the wills and deal with the emotional side of discussing our own demise and that of each other Charles made the conversations approachable and humorous where appropriate.
