Complete and utter waste of time. Applied to see if I was entitled to any refund re mis-sold car finance. Very little information shared, just kept being told to wait. Then got an email saying 'not possible, too much time has passed since your loan'. I emailed to say what a waste of time, surely you knew this on day one. They have replied this morning saying we no longer handle your case. We have received this information from your lender for your records. They sent my own email back to me!!!! Farce!

Careful people, this is a big lie. I contacted them thinking I might get a few hundred back, but I ended up canceling this contract and now I have to pay over 200 pounds,for holding my file for a few weeks........I don't know how it works, you apply but without a passport, without any proof of address. They basically hook you up quickly and ask for your documents after a few weeks. Once hooked up, whether you want it or not, whether you get a refund or not, or cancel, you still have to pay. Be careful, good people. Don't mess with them, because there is nothing to gain. You will end up paying for nothing. They kept me hooked for months, with a spell, because they are waiting for I don't know what information from the government. It is a total lie. Be careful!
