Bloody useless. Haven't replied to any emails for over 6 months. They are supposed to be dealing with my Taids estate and have been dragging it on for over 2 years!

This company is an absolute shambles we have had an offer on our property that has been ongoing since June, there has been a complete lack of correspondence on their part with the buyers solicitors chasing up answers. These answers were given back the next day, we are now being blamed for not providing (under the money laundering act our details and proof of address yes this would be the one we are selling by the way... I wouldn’t mind if the solicitor had picked up the phone and said we really need this info to continue. But no let’s just go on thinking that things are moving along until I check myself
If this is the quality of service trust me guys do it yourself couldn’t be any worse off

Was treated appallingly by the receptionist when trying to sort out my grandmothers will. An extremely upsetting and distressing time for us all and she was rude, unprofessional and made my mum feel worse than she already did. Would not recommend for this reason alone.

Very bad experience. Hired solicitor to execute a will. The solicitor would say one thing and the next conversation would say another. For example, after a request of information we were told "It's all mentioned in a letter that is on it way to you", the next conversation we had I asked where the letter was and the solicitor said that he had said no such thing. This has happened multiple times.
