Used recently for house purchase/sale. Cannot recommend them, as they were slow and uncommunicative, handled the day of completion badly resulting in us paying interest fees for late payment, took almost to the 2 month limit in submitting to land registry, did not follow up on things as promised. Through the grapevine we’ve also heard a lot of others having issues with labrum’s for conveyancing recently.

Used recently for a house purchase, generally a terrible experience would not recommend under any circumstances.
- Uncommunicative and slow
- Required constant following up, repeating of information and instructions
- Delayed completion by sending the incorrect payment
- Paid SDLT late resulting in an interest charge
Many better options out there, use them
