Aron and his assistant Carol have given us excellent and exemplary service. Very approachable, professional, efficient and friendly. We sold two properties, and bought a new home, through Aron at Carter Vincent. The primary residence that we were selling had some quite difficult and complex Land Registry issues. Aron took time to explain the issues in a way that was easy to understand and worked through them as efficiently as was possible – even leaving all the necessary paperwork ready when he went on holiday in case action was required whilst he was away. We lived a short distance from Aron’s Llanfairfechan office and really appreciated being able to call in to discuss problems and get feedback on progress. We really cannot thank Aron and Carol enough for the wonderful work they did for us.
