Had a criminal law case we went though two solicitors that where shocking …until Andy represented us ….i can not rate Andy and the team enough. I must of called about theee times a week with questions and being ignored but the police service…Andy and the team sorted it right away ….Andy was the first solicitor that put me at ease and talked in a manner I understood….five star service all the way everything got resolved how Andy said it would the whole team are fantastic literally can not rate them enough …I hope we never have to call on a solicitor again lol but if we have to carringtons is our number one

Called 24 hour line because when I tried calling the office on Friday afternoon to find out they have closed early so they could all go to the pub. 25 hour emergency line went through to answer phone then was called back by a rude woman with a screaming kid in the background and when I explained the issue she literally shrugged her shoulders and said she wasn't a solicitor and she couldn't help. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. I felt like I inconvenienced her to put up the phone she's being paid to cover. Quick way to lose payout customers

Five star service by Andrew MacDonald Carringtons Solicitors would highly recommend.
However I would focus more so on the receptionist telephone manner. Not the most friendliest person to speak too. I had a great experience with Mr MacDonald, highly professional, the documents were prepared flawless and the whole process was very smooth.
