I’m just going to give me honest opinion on this company, the reason as to why I’ve given them 4 stars, is that.. They dealt with my case within 4 Months, which is amazing. My Car accident happend ending October and finished the claim ending February. Adil Khan was my case manager, and he was polite and always answered my querys. Aneesah was also handling my case when Adil wasn’t avaliable. So I would like to Thank both of them. The claim money was also good and I’m greatful. but, the only downfall to this company is that, every week I’m having to chase them on whats going on. I personally think if I didnt continue to call them, i dont think my claim would of been settled by now. I understand there busy with other clients but, I always called for an update! The company only called me twice out of the 4 months with an update and that was it. I personally do recommend this company, but on the other hand, if you do decide to go with them, then you’ll have to call them personally for constant updates.
