Believe me, it's better if you file your case your own rather than going to these moneymind/careless/ people. They ruined the life of my brother. Filed the case with completely wrong details. He got deported from UK just because of their stupidity. Search for good options but pls avoid these people.

I had a terrible experience with this office. Last week I paid £50 for a 30-minute consultation. Today, I had an urgent matter and they gave me a 4:30 appointment. I was ready to pay the £25 fee for 15 minutes, with the clear understanding that once we started the case, I would pay the full amount required.

Instead of showing professionalism, the solicitor spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way, refused to take on my case, and wasted my time. For a legal office, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. They showed no respect to me as a paying client and no seriousness in handling urgent matters. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The behaviour of all their staff is very good and friendly and I did not face any problem. I had a case with them which they solved.
I want to thank the all staff and I came to thank them for the last time, but Deepak ji was busy. When I asked at the reception, they told me that Deepak ji is busy right now and he will not be able to meet me today.
