Not worth the money; not polite in person either; won't directly speak to you once identity is confirmed -- sends the apprentice/admin to deal with it which is quite hierarchical in my opinion. Not very good at getting in touch during house selling journey which is infuriating. Additionally, informed myself and my spouse that the final charge would be very small, only until the invoice came in at over £400. Definitely consider your options, but as first time seller of a house; this soliciting firm have come across arrogant, slow and not invested. They must have more than enough customers.
