Honestly, I've never seen such a greedy law firm. Due to personal reasons, I was forced to sign a payment terms application when buying a property through a developer. The entire mortgage was $7000. After signing those gruesome details, the law firm charged $2000 for drafting a single document. Running a business in Hong Kong is difficult, but this kind of exploitation will only worsen the business. This kind of service and these gruesome details in Hong Kong serve as a stark reminder to other clients to think carefully before using this law firm. If a law firm loses its sense of justice and fairness, and uses these gruesome details to extract money from ordinary citizens, such behavior is truly disappointing. I'm leaving this comment in the hope that people will see this in the future. Is your company's continued charging of such unreasonable fees without any transparency or fairness truly altruistic or selfish? It's truly disappointing and chilling to think about.
