I have paid 6000 pounds on account in July 2025, to date the letters of claim promised are not ready despite numerous emails chasing this matter. Counsel now says the letters are unsatisfactory, yet instead of rectifying your own mistakes you have again asked me for a further 6000 pounds, this is simply unacceptable.
