WARNING: This firm ignores Court Orders to bully victims. I am a vulnerable mother with a young child. This firm received a Court Order stating I must remain in my home, yet they immediately wrote to me threatening eviction. They deliberately lie and misinterpret the law to harass those who are not British and unrepresented. Unprofessional and unethical.

Currently using for buying and selling a property, Stephanie emails regular updates without being prompted. Would 100% recommend and use in the future.

Larkin and Co handled my remortgage. Communication was intermittent. Selina Turner was unapologetic when things were not done on time. Really poor at getting back to me. I had to constantly chase and chase just to find out where we at with process. Didn't return calls and the attitude was we have it all in hand but never made me feel that way or safe. Sorry can't recommend as I was stressed because of there poor service.
