We instructed Fraser Dawbarns to act on our behalf to purchase a plot of land. 2 weeks later we hadn't heard anything so we chased them and they let us know that they would no longer be able to take on our case due to high volumes of cases for the month. This should have been communicated from the beginning as it has further delayed us from purchasing the land as we needed to find a new solicitor.

Helen Jarvis has been excellent both times now. We used her for buying in 2014 and again today selling in 2026. Still the same excellent service and highly recommend using her and her team. Always helpful and understand and answers calls and emails very promptly.
