I instructed Adams & Remers to undertake my first property purchase, after countless hours of looking at various solicitors I was recommended them via my brother who also purchased a property with them. My personal purchase was problematic to say the least, albeit through no fault of Adams & Remers, rather the seller and management being problematic. As such it was a rather tedious process, however I was in frequent contact with Jessica C who was my main point of contact and she was outstandingly quick to reply and supportive in my queries, as someone who has engaged with solicitors from various areas of law I am all too familiar with the frequency in which replies seem to be too much to hope for at times, let alone speedy ones! Furthermore, as someone who hasn't studied law the legal terminology can go over my head at times and the support in explaining various things was always excellent. The solicitor who was ultimately in charge of my matter was Zahra S, and although I had minimal contact with her directly, she was helpful and personal during my initial enquiries. I can't emphasize enough how helpful Jessica has been throughout, undoubtedly an asset to the firm and someone who takes pride in their work. I will also add that my father and uncle have also both used Adams & Remers' services for conveyancing matters and equally have been very happy with their experience.
I would most certainly recommend them and will be using them again in future as is needed.
