Tracy Gower managed another purchase for me which wasn't straight forward due to some sensitive domestic matters. She was supportive, professional, pragmatic and responsive. This is the third time Tracy has acted for me in both sale and purchase scenarios and I would Definitely recommend her. She is also really lovely to deal with.

Tracy has undertaken a total of 4 conveyances for me and has been excellent every time. Tracy is thoroughly professional, diligent, speaks plainly without jargon and is timely with communication. This is all undertaken with a friendly, approachable manner.
Tracy also has an excellent team who are able to support and deliver as and when necessary.

Tracy Gower and her assistant Julie recently handled the sale of our property and we cannot commend them highly enough. They were extremely approachable and professional at all times and dealt with all issues very efficiently and without fuss. Due to circumstances we were away for a significant period during the sale and then needed to exchange and complete in a short space of time but this was all handled very smoothly. We are extremely grateful to both Tracy and Julie for all their work on our behalf we would not hesitate to recommend Tracy to anyone with a property to sell.

Tracy Gower and her assistant Julie Bowen have been truly marvellous! I would highly recommend them and most definitely use Tracy again should I need to sell or buy a property. Recently my sister and I had to move our mother into a care home and we needed to sell her house as quickly as possible to pay the care home fees. Tracy was recommended to us as being very fast and efficient and my goodness, she was absolutely brilliant! Not only was she and her team fast and super-efficient but kind, helpful, great at explaining and communicating things clearly and had a really good interface with our estate agent.
